A-13 is a 3 level/3 bedroom/3 1/2 bath 2,312 square foot condo that can sleep 11 people.  This is a colorful condo with different color walls in each room.  The top floor has two bedrooms (king, queen, twin trundle), a loft sitting area, TV/VCR with a futon and 1-1/2 baths.  The middle or entry level has a living room with TV/VCR/DVD and a gas fireplace, The master bedroom is on this level (king, TV/VCR/DVD).  The dining room and fully equipped kitchen are on this level and the washer/dryer.  The lower level is a large living room with TV/VCR/DVD/radio-cassette-CD player, gas fireplace and a full size pool table with a  ping pong table top, a queen Murphy bed, Hot Tub on the Deck and full bath  washer/dryer.  The unit has A/C and a great view of Sierra Blanca & surrounding mountains from the decks.
