MINIMUM STAY:

2 night minimum. 7th night is free on a weekly rental.

CHECK-IN TIME:

Not before 3:00 PM

CHECK-OUT TIME:

Prior to 11:00 AM

RESERVATIONS:

A major credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover Card and American Express.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

No charge will be incurred if your reservation is canceled more than two weeks prior to arrival. If canceled within two weeks of scheduled arrival, you will be subject to charges for any nights reserved that we are unable to rebook.

OCCUPANCY LIMITS:

We are required to strictly observe the maximum occupancy limitations set for each condominium. We must include all children, except for infants less than one year old, when determining the total number of persons in each unit.

RESERVATIONS:

Prepayment of 50% of the total reservation cost is due at the time of booking with the balance being due.prior to December 1st. As of December 1st, your reservation is considered to be guaranteed. A major credit card is required at the time of booking. We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover Card and American Express.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If the reservation is canceled prior to December 1st, a $150.00 cancellation fee will be incurred and the balance of your deposit will be promptly refunded. As of December 1st, reservations are considered to be guaranteed. If a reservation is canceled on or after November 1st, no refunds will be made.
